Important: Our products are delivered digitally. Once payment is successfully verified and access has been granted, the product is considered delivered.

1. Digital Product Delivery

TEXLearn LEARNING MODULES provides digital educational resources. After successful payment verification, access to the purchased product is provided automatically through the registered email address.

2. Cancellation Policy

As digital products are delivered immediately after payment verification, orders cannot be cancelled once the delivery process has been completed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered only in exceptional situations, including but not limited to:

Multiple payments made accidentally for the same order.
Payment successfully debited but product access was not provided due to a verified technical issue on our side.
Any other genuine issue reviewed and approved by our support team.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
Incompatibility with a customer's personal device or internet connection.
Failure to access the product due to incorrect email information provided during registration.
Requests made after successful product delivery without any verified technical issue.

5. Payment Failure

If a payment fails or is declined by Razorpay or your bank after the amount has been temporarily debited, the amount will normally be refunded according to the policies of your bank and Razorpay. Such reversals are handled by the payment ecosystem and may take several business days.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
